66PitchLabML TRAINER

Privacy policy · Effective October 8, 2026

Privacy, in plain language.

Who operates this app

PitchLab ML Trainer is operated by Sean Joo. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to sean.joo@gmail.com. This policy covers ml.pitchlab66.com and its private video-analysis workspace.

Google sign-in information

When Google sign-in is enabled, we request your account identifier, email address, email-verification status, and basic profile information to confirm your identity and determine whether you have approved access. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or calendars. Google handles your Google password; PitchLab does not receive it.

Videos, labels, and training

Approved users can upload recordings, name sessions, mark baseballs, and approve training examples. We store originals, derived previews and frames, annotations, dataset versions, training configuration, model artifacts, and evaluation results to provide tracing and detector training. Approved PitchLab reviewers and the administrator can access the shared workspace. Reviewed examples may be used to train PitchLab ball detectors.

Storage and service providers

App data is stored in Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States. AWS provides hosting, storage, authentication, processing, and training services. Google provides sign-in. We do not sell personal information or use Google account information for advertising. We do not publish uploaded recordings or use them to train unrelated general-purpose models.

Sessions and logs

The app uses necessary sign-in session storage in your browser and limited operational logs to maintain access and diagnose failures. Authentication tokens are not written to application logs. There are no advertising cookies or third-party analytics in this release. Signing out clears the local sign-in session.

Retention and deletion

Videos, annotations, datasets, and models are retained until an administrator removes them or you request deletion. Operational logs are retained for 14 days. To request access, correction, or deletion, email sean.joo@gmail.com. Saved dataset versions and storage backups can retain copies temporarily; we will explain the scope and status of a deletion request. Deleting source data does not automatically remove its influence from an already trained detector; affected model versions may need to be retired or retrained.

Your choices and updates

You can stop using the app, sign out, or revoke its Google authorization in your Google account settings. Upload only recordings you are authorized to use. We update this page when our data practices change and show a revised effective date.
